What is your returns / refund policy?
Thank you for shopping at Curvalicious online, we hope you love your purchase. However, if it’s not quite right; here are some detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s) you bought online. You can exchange or return any of the items you ordered online with the tax invoice (your receipt) you receive in your parcel. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed via direct deposit.
We do not offer refunds or exchange simply for a customer who has change their mind, however we are sympathetic to a size misjudgements and will happily exchange the item (subject to stock availability) by providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met;
1. The items are returned within 10 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
2. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
4. The Customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us and also for any replacement garments to be posted back to the customer (unless deemed to be a faulty item by Curvalicious)
Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund or exchange for another item. Please state your preference when email@example.com about your return / refund.
All refunds will be provided via direct deposit to a nominated bank account.
Returning items to the Curvalicious Online Store
To obtain a refund/exchange via the Curvalicious online store, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and a copy of your original tax invoice (your receipt).
As soon as we receive your return/exchange item the Curvalicious Support Team will then evaluate the exchange and if approved your requested exchange will be processed and new item(s) sent back out to you or we will refund to a nomindated bank account. You will receive an email confirmation when this has occurred. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for this processing time after receipt of return order

What happens if I am not home to receive delivery of my order?
There is no need to worry if you are not at home to receive a delivery. All of our items are sent via a registered service provided by Australia Post called e-parcel or a Courier service.
If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post / Courier with instructions on how to collect your goodies. This card / notification generally means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office.
You may need to present this card to the post office upon pick up with photo identification.
Please try & arrange pick up as soon as possible as some post offices will only keep your parcel for a short period of time before they return it back to us. We don’t want you missing out on your catch!

How long does it take to receive my order?
We know you want to receive your gorgeous goodies as soon as possible that is why we try to fill orders as quickly as we can! Once payment is received/cleared we post your item the following day. Depending on whereabouts you live, you should receive within 2-5 working days. Our parcels are either sent via Australia Post, or Courier. Both will have tracking numbers which we will send to you upon payment clearing. You can then check the tracking sites provided for approximate delivery dates. If your order has taken more than 5 days and you are having any other concerns please contact us and we will assist in locating your item for you
How do I use a discount voucher / coupon?
Because we love a good deal, from time to time we may offer promotions through our E-Letter, website, Facebook and Twitter that requires you to enter a discount code when ordering.
To take advantage of these offers, simply enter the code in the “Apply a coupon” when you are on the Checkout page of your order.
The code requires to be entered exactly as advertised with capital letters, lowercase letters, spaces and any other special characters.
The system is completely automated and if you have correctly entered a valid code you will see the offer added to your order in the final stages of checkout.
Please note that if a coupon is not added during the checkout process, we will be unable to add this to your order later.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept PAYPAL, DIRECT DEBIT & LAYBY deposits as payment methods. Paypal is our preferred payment as you can pay by credit card or by bank deposit. With direct deposits not via PayPal, at checkout; if you choose this option we will then email you with the bank account details and order reference number which must be used when completely your direct deposit. Once payment has cleared, we will send you a confirmation of payment via email which will also have your Australia Post / Courier parcel tracking number.
